Our website will be maintained as effectively as possible but may lag behind real-world events. It’s always best to check with us with any questions.

GENERAL TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You commit to lawful use of our products and agree not to transmit harmful code.

USER CONDUCT

By using furnt.co.uk, you agree to not misuse the website or its services. Misuse includes attempting unauthorised access to our systems or accounts, interfering with services through a virus or overloading the website's infrastructure, or conducting any activity that breaches our terms or applicable laws. Any breach of this clause may lead to termination of your access to our services without notice.

CONTENT ACCURACY

Ensuring the precision and integrity of our website's product listings is a priority for us. Despite our best efforts, human errors may occasionally occur, and we cannot be held accountable for any resulting discrepancies or omissions. While we strive for consistency in presenting our products, variations in colour may arise due to factors such as studio lighting, monitor settings, or differences between stock batches. We cannot guarantee identical colour matches across all batches.

We do not assume responsibility for inaccuracies in pricing or stock information sourced from third-party articles or external sources. Consequently, refunds will not be issued for discrepancies under such circumstances.

Under normal circumstances, placing an order signifies your intention to purchase a product from us. However, acceptance of the order is only confirmed upon delivery. Until then, we reserve the right to decline fulfilling the order for reasons such as pricing errors or unavailability of the product. In such rare instances, any payments made for the unfulfilled order will be promptly refunded.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content published and made available on our site, including texts, logos, graphics, designs, and software, is the property of Furnt Ltd and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. The content may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or displayed without the express written consent of Furnt Ltd. Unauthorised use or reproduction of any materials from this site may result in legal action for infringement of our intellectual property rights.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Our dedication is to consistently offer our customers the best possible prices. All prices listed on our platform are inclusive of VAT and exclude delivery charges, unless expressly mentioned otherwise. We reserve the right to modify services or prices without notice. Your continued use of our site after changes implies acceptance.

  • Promotions & Discounts: We periodically introduce promotional pricing or discount offers on specific products as part of sales. These promotions are subject to availability and apply to designated items only.
  • Discount Codes: On occasion, we provide discount codes applicable to certain products or total basket amounts. These codes come with clearly stated expiration dates. Upon application, we transparently deduct the discount from your total. Refunds for returned items purchased with discount codes will reflect the original amount paid minus the discount applied. We reserve the right to decline order fulfilment if we suspect misuse of promotions or discount codes.
  • Product Bundles: We occasionally offer bundle deals comprising a predetermined set of products available at a discounted rate. If you choose to return an item from a bundle purchase, the refund will reflect the discounted value of the product rather than its full price. Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. We maintain the right to adjust product prices at our discretion without issuing further notifications. Regrettably, we cannot provide price adjustments for items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes. Once an item is bought at a discounted price, no further adjustments will be provided, even if the item is subsequently further discounted.

Delivery charges will be indicated at the time of order placement, and we strive to provide accurate pricing for this service. However, we reserve the right to modify delivery charges or product pricing after your online order if we identify a pricing error, cannot deliver to your area, or discover other relevant information affecting our delivery costs. Rest assured, you will be promptly notified in such instances. For more detailed information on our delivery charges, please visit our Delivery Information.

We accept the following payment methods: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and UnionPay), debit cards, as well as digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. As most items are in stock and dispatched immediately, full payment is required at the point of sale.

OUR RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

If you've made a payment for an order, whether in part or in full, and later decide to cancel it, you'll receive a full reimbursement through the same payment method used initially. However, please note that due to our efficient order processing, changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order has been picked in our warehouse. Should you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • In the event that your order has already been dispatched but you still desire a refund, kindly refuse the item upon delivery. Upon its return to us, your refund will be processed within 28 working days.
  • To expedite this process, please notify us promptly via phone or email after refusing the order, providing your order ID and postcode for swift order location and confirmation.
  • Please be advised that regardless of the carrier, return postage charges will apply, deducted from the refund and contingent upon the size of the item ordered.

We acknowledge that occasionally a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a 30-day change-of-mind policy. Please note that we do not provide a free returns service; you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Should you encounter difficulties with this process, please inform us, as we may be able to assist you in finding a suitable carrier.

To qualify for a full refund, the returned item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unopened and unused.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including any vacuum-sealed products.
  • Both the packaging and the product must be in a resalable condition.

We recommend taking a photograph of the package when handing it over to the carrier to document its condition. In case of damage during transit, we will inform you immediately so that you can make a claim against your carrier for the product. Please note that we can only retain the product for a limited time if the carrier wishes to inspect it for the claim.

Upon receiving your return, we may apply a 10% restocking fee based on the condition of the products. If the product is returned in a used condition, we may only offer a partial refund or none at all, depending on its condition and resalability.

We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit. Therefore, when returning your purchase by mail, we recommend obtaining proof of postage.

Furnt Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund for any item deemed unsuitable for resale. Once we've approved the condition of your return, a refund will be issued within 14 working days. Please note that we do not refund the original delivery charge. For returns from outside the UK, we cannot arrange collections of unwanted or faulty goods. You'll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, including any additional delivery charges incurred. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please inspect the packages upon delivery. If the packaging is open or damaged, please mark it as such on the delivery note. If you find any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days via email and provide photo evidence of the damage. We will then arrange for collection and replacement as soon as possible.

Please retain all packaging and instructions until the issue is resolved. Collections will be scheduled between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday, and if you miss the collection attempt, it will be your responsibility to arrange your own collection.

Upon return, the goods will be inspected to ensure they are complete and include all packaging and instructions. If you've utilised our free delivery promotion but decide to return the product(s), you'll be responsible for arranging the return shipment to us, which may incur additional courier charges.

WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES

We offer a warranty for a period of up to 12 months from the date of delivery for all products, as described below. However, this warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, intentional damage (including incorrect assembly), unusual storage or working conditions, accidents, negligence by you or any third party, misuse or operation of the products beyond their intended use, modifications or repairs performed by you or a third party not authorised by us, or any specifications provided by you.

We reserve the right to replace, at our discretion, either partially or entirely, any product that is defective in operation, materials, or workmanship during the warranty period. If the exact model is unavailable, we will strive to provide the closest equivalent from our current range. To be eligible for the warranty, all products must be assembled in accordance with the provided instructions and intended for domestic use only. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and commences from the date of purchase. It does not cover damage during assembly, accidental or deliberate damage, improper use or neglect, discoloration due to prolonged exposure to sunlight or UV light, general wear and tear, or damage due to improper assembly. In the event that we need to replace an item and it is no longer in stock, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

Please be aware that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, after six months of ownership, it is the customer's responsibility to demonstrate that any issues existed at the time of receiving the product and were not caused by regular wear and tear or damage the customer inflicted, and that the product (or its component) should have lasted longer. Warranty coverage will not be provided if these conditions are not met. Kindly note that our warranty is directly with you, the customer, and cannot be transferred to third parties, such as if you decide to sell your product to another party. Please retain a copy of your original order confirmation email for reference in the event of any claims. Our guarantee supplements your statutory rights and does not affect them.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We will not be held liable or responsible for any failure to fulfil, or delay in fulfilling, our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events beyond our reasonable control. In practical terms, this means that we cannot be held responsible or liable for delays or cancellations in the following situations:

  • Strikes, lockouts, or other industrial actions by third parties.
  • Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack, or threats thereof.
  • Warfare, whether declared or not, or preparations for war.
  • Incidents such as fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, or other natural disasters.
