Furnt is a manufacturer, importer, and supplier to the furniture industry, with our head office located in the UK.

We have implemented a series of robust internal policies designed to promote ethical conduct, including:

All new team members undergo a formal induction process, and we only work with established employment agencies that ensure individuals are legally eligible and free to work in the UK.

We also maintain an open-door management system, where employees are encouraged to raise any concerns confidentially and without fear of reprisal. Our health and safety practices exceed statutory obligations, ensuring safe working conditions and supporting the welfare of all staff.

Our Supply Chain Standards

Furnt works with a diverse network of suppliers across the globe, providing both raw materials and manufactured products.

We conduct detailed due diligence on all suppliers, which includes:

  • On-site factory visits

  • Ongoing supplier reviews

To strengthen our approach further, we are implementing a Supplier Labour Declaration, which outlines Furnt’s expectations and the supplier’s obligations in relation to modern slavery legislation. This declaration reinforces our zero-tolerance approach to unethical labour practices and applies to all existing and new supply partners.
