At Furnt Ltd, we aim to provide exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. The following policy outlines your rights, our procedures, and the conditions that apply to cancellations, returns, refunds, damaged items, and delivery-related issues.

1. Can I cancel my order?

1.1 Pre-orders:


Yes. Pre-orders can be cancelled up to the day before the item is due to arrive, as long as we receive at least 48 hours’ notice before the β€œin stock” date.

1.2 Standard orders:

Orders can be cancelled on the same day they are placed.


Due to the quick turnaround of our shipping process, all order cancellations must be made on the same day the order is placed. Any cancellation requests made after this point may be too late to stop the shipment and the order will need to be returned under our 14-day returns policy. In these cases, return postage will be payable by the customer.

2. What happens if I refuse delivery?

If you refuse delivery, a return postage fee of Β£15–£80 (depending on item size and courier) will be deducted from your refund.

For Central London collections, a Β£20 congestion charge may also apply.

3. Can I return an unwanted item?

Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to return an unwanted item.

4. Is there a charge for returning unwanted items?

We heavily subsidies our delivery costs. If the item you have ordered is no longer wanted, we can arrange the collection service for you. But we will need to charge a collection fee.Β 

Collection Fees Per Item:

Dining Chairs, Soft Furnishing, Office Chairs, Stools, Bedside Cabinet: Β£19.95/box

Accent Chairs & Armchairs, Dining Table, Storage Furniture: Β£39.95/box

Sofas, Sofa Bed, Marble Dining Table, TV Unit: Β£59.95/set

If you received free delivery but no longer want the product, you will be responsible for the return and collection cost, and we can organise the courier for you.

Please note: For orders that originally qualified for free delivery, the refund will only apply to the product cost once the item is returned in its original condition; delivery and collection fees are non-refundable.

5. What condition must returned items be in?

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unassembled

  • In resalable condition

  • Returned in the original packaging

We do not accept returns without the original packaging, and all items must be returned in unused condition. If a return is received outside of these terms, a restocking and reboxing fee will be applied and deducted from your refund. This fee is 20% of the product’s purchase value.

Furnt reserves the right to apply an additional restocking charge if the item is returned in a heavily used or damaged condition.

6.Item as not described or advertised

In the unlikely event that you receive an item from Furnt and believe it is not as described or advertised on our website, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please note that minor variations may occur due to factors such as:

  • Studio lighting or screen display settings

  • Manufacturing tolerances

  • Slight differences in colour, texture, or measurements (within an industry-accepted range)

These small discrepancies are considered normal and do not constitute an item being β€œnot as described.”

We are happy to discuss your concerns within 7 days of receiving the item.

Please retain all original packaging for at least 14 days while we review the issue.

During this time, please do not further open or assemble the item, as this may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.

7.Missing or damaged parts

Please check all parts before assembly.

If any parts are missing or damaged:

  1. Do not continue with assembly

  2. Contact us within 7 days

  3. Provide:

  • Product name/details

  • Part number or ID (if available)

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the issue

If we have the required part in stock, we will send it to you.
If not, we will arrange a swap, or collect the item and issue a full refund.
