FREE DELIVERY OPTIONS

Enjoy free delivery on all orders over £100 to most areas of the UK Mainland. This discount automatically applies at checkout. For orders under £100, a delivery fee of £7.95 is charged. Additional delivery fees may apply for deliveries to Scotland, the Highlands, or Cornwall. Enjoy complimentary standard delivery within the UK, with most items arriving in 2-10 business days.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. You can follow the journey of your purchase right to your doorstep. For large furniture items, please note that you will receive the tracking number via email directly from our third-party delivery company, ensuring you can monitor the delivery status of your larger items effectively.

GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS

Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure to provide a physical address for the delivery of your items.

DISPATCH POLICY

Orders are only dispatched on working days. We do not process or dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PROCESSING

Once you've placed an order on furnt.co.uk, you'll automatically receive an order confirmation email with your order details shortly after. This email will confirm that your order has been successfully processed and will include all relevant details pertaining to your purchase. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout to receive this confirmation promptly.

DELIVERY DAYS & TIMES

  • Small Items: We use DPD or Parcel Force for the delivery of small items such as wall arts, rugs, dining chairs, bedside tables, picture frames, and coffee tables. Orders placed before 1 PM on a business day are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. Deliveries occur only on weekdays.
  • Large Items: Sofas, beds, mattresses, TV units, and dining tables are delivered by BJS Delivery Company. Orders placed before 1 PM on a business day are collected from our warehouse within 2 days and delivered within 3 days after dispatch. The delivery process is directly coordinated with you via email or text message to ensure convenience.
  • Pre-Order and Coming Soon Items: For items available for pre-order or labeled as 'coming soon,' please note that delivery times may be longer. This extended period allows us to ensure that the newest products meet our quality standards and are delivered to you in perfect condition.

ROOM OF CHOICE POLICY

  • Small Items: Notify us in advance if delivery is required above the ground floor to avoid delivery failures and potential additional charges.
  • Large Items: We include a room of choice delivery service for all large items. Our delivery team will place the items in your specified room, provided it is accessible and safe for placement.

ASSEMBLY SERVICES

If assembly is required for any large items, additional charges apply. We will provide updated invoices reflecting these additional costs. Changes to assembly services must be finalized and payments received before 1 PM on the dispatch day; after this time, we cannot make changes as the dispatch process will already be in motion.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

For customers who need their items quickly, we offer express delivery options. An additional charge will be applied, and you will receive an updated invoice reflecting this service. Changes to express services must be finalized and payments received before 1 PM on the dispatch day; after this time, we cannot make changes as the dispatch process will already be in motion.

DIRECT SHIPMENTS

Some items might be shipped directly from our suppliers to expedite the delivery process. This may result in items being delivered by different couriers than initially specified. Occasionally, suppliers or couriers may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day.

PREPARING FOR YOUR DELIVERY

Ensure a smooth delivery process by confirming that the item will fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, and ceilings. Notify us in advance if delivery above the ground floor is required to avoid delivery failures and potential additional charges.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

  • Address and Delivery Details: Confirm the accuracy of your delivery details at the time of ordering. Changes are not permitted after 1 PM on the dispatch day as delivery arrangements are already underway.
  • Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability, a redelivery charge will be applied. We will provide updated invoices reflecting these additional costs.
  • Refused Deliveries and Cancellations: Refusal at Delivery: If you decide to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, you may refuse the delivery when it arrives. Upon the item's return to our warehouse, we will process your refund within 28 working days. Immediate Notification: To facilitate a prompt refund, please contact us immediately after refusing delivery. Provide us with your order ID, tracking number, and postcode via phone or email. This information assists us in swiftly locating and verifying your order details. Return Postage Fee: Please be aware that in the event of a refused delivery, a return postage fee will apply.
