Furnt Ltd – Shipping Policy
We offer competitive shipping rates within the UK, using different couriers depending on the size and contents of your order. Delivery charges will be calculated as the items are added to the basket. Please note that we endeavour to deliver all items within the stated delivery times on our website. However, on occasion, the lead time may be slightly longer during busy periods or due to courier delays. Our stated delivery time is only an indication; we are not able to refund the original delivery charge if the delivery time is slightly delayed or affected by circumstances beyond our control.
All timeframes are from when the items are in stock. Items on a pre-order have an estimated dispatch timeframe. Please note that this is an estimate and may fluctuate, but we will endeavour to keep you up to date.
1.Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are calculated based on product category, item quantity, packaging size, and total shipping weight. To ensure fair and accurate pricing, different product categories are assigned to specific delivery methods. The final delivery cost is confirmed at checkout. In certain cases, including deliveries to Northern Ireland, orders may require manual review. For any enquiries, please contact enquiries@furnt.co.uk.

1.5 Northern Ireland Delivery (Surcharge Applies)
Delivery times to Northern Ireland may be longer than standard mainland UK services and additional surcharges apply. If you require assistance or a delivery quote, please email enquiries@furnt.co.uk. Full details are outlined in the section below.
2. Multiple Items & Bulk Orders
Orders containing more than 5 items, multiple cartons, or unusually high combined weights may require manual delivery review.
Please email enquiries@furnt.co.uk for alternative or more cost-effective delivery options.Final delivery charges will be confirmed before dispatch.
3. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be successfully completed, a failed delivery surcharge will apply. This includes, but is not limited to:

Items not fitting through doorways, staircases, lifts, or access points

Refused deliveries

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

No access or no recipient available at the agreed delivery time
The surcharge covers return transport, handling, and re-delivery costs.
Important:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all access routes and measurements are suitable before placing an order. We strongly recommend checking product dimensions against property access points prior to purchase.
4. Express & Standard Delivery Information
Express delivery can be selected at checkout for soft furnishing items where this service is available.
For small to medium-sized furniture items where express delivery is required but not shown at checkout, customers are welcome to contact us directly to enquiries@furnt.co.uk . A delivery surcharge will apply, and our team will issue a secure payment link once the additional charge has been confirmed. Upon receipt of payment, we will prioritise dispatch and arrange delivery as soon as possible.
Express delivery operates on working business days only (Monday to Friday) and excludes UK Bank Holidays. The cut-off time for same-day dispatch on express services is 12:00 noon.
Orders placed on weekends or on a Bank Holiday (or the weekend immediately preceding a Bank Holiday) should allow an additional working day for delivery.
Please note that express delivery is not available to certain locations, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, and some remote areas of Scotland.
Some larger or bulkier products require extended lead times due to size, handling, or specialist delivery requirements. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product listing. At checkout, the estimated delivery date shown reflects the earliest available delivery window for that item.
Unless otherwise stated, most items are dispatched using a next working day courier service and are typically delivered within 3–5 working days. Please be aware that occasional courier delays may occur outside of our control.
5.Selected Date Delivery
If you’d like to choose a specific delivery date, this can be arranged for an additional charge. Please email our Customer services team on enquiries@furnt.co.uk , who will be happy to assist you.
6.Parcel Delivery
If your order contains multiple small or eligible items, these may be dispatched separately and as they become available. As a result, your order may arrive in more than one parcel. If you have received only part of your order, please refer to your order confirmation for details of any pre-order items and their estimated dispatch dates.
Our Standard Parcel Delivery service for soft furnishings. This service is free on soft furnishing orders over £75.00.
To help keep delivery costs as low as possible, some small to medium-sized furniture categories are also eligible for parcel delivery, where safe and appropriate. This option is automatically applied at checkout when available.
If you require faster delivery, we offer an Express Delivery option for an additional charge.
Under Express Delivery, parcels are collected on the next working day and delivered the following working day. Please refer to the Express Delivery section above for full details.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your delivery by clicking the link provided. If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, separate tracking links will be issued for each dispatch.
7. One-Man Delivery
Our Small to Medium furniture deliveries are handled by courier, providing a quick and reliable service for your items.
8. Two-Man Delivery
Our Two-Man Delivery service is used for large items such as sofas, sofa beds.
We’ll contact you via WhatsApp or email to arrange a delivery date that works for you.
Please choose a day when someone can be available for the full day, as a missed delivery will require the original delivery charge to be paid again before we can reschedule.
Large-item deliveries are carried out by our trusted Two-Man Delivery partners, V&V, or by our own in-house delivery team.
8.1 What to Expect from Your Two-Man Delivery Service
We understand how exciting delivery day can be, so here’s a simple breakdown of how the process works:
Step 1: Preparing Your Order
Once your delivery date has been confirmed, we’ll begin preparing your order for dispatch. You’ll receive a notification from us when your items have been sent out, along with an update from the Two-Man Delivery Partner handling your delivery so you know exactly who to expect.
Step 2: Confirming Your Delivery Slot
Your Two-Man Delivery Partner will keep you updated throughout. They’ll ask you to confirm your delivery slot—if this isn’t confirmed, your delivery won’t go ahead.
You’ll receive a 2–3 hour delivery window the day before your delivery. Please note that this may vary slightly depending on traffic, delays, or unexpected issues on the route. For this reason, it’s important to choose a delivery date where someone can be available all day.
Step 3: Delivery to Your Room of Choice
The delivery team will take your items to the room of your choice, for rooms located between ground level and level two, provided the driver is satisfied that the delivery can be completed safely and without risk of damage. This is at the driver’s discretion and may depend on access, layout, and the weight of the boxes.
If all rooms in your property are above level three, delivery will normally be made to the ground floor only.
A Note on Sofa Bed Deliveries
Due to their size and weight, most of our sofa beds (excluding Click-Clack styles) can only be delivered to the ground floor. They cannot be carried upstairs or moved into specific rooms. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Important things to know about our two-man delivery
If You’re Not Available
If you are not available on your chosen delivery day, a redelivery fee will apply unless you give at least 3 working days’ notice. The fee will be the same as the original delivery charge for your order.
Please Be Available All Day
Delivery times can vary slightly, so even after your 3-hour delivery window has been provided, please ensure someone is available throughout the day to receive your order.
Parking, Pathways & Protection

Please ensure there is suitable space for the delivery van to park safely.

Clear a path to your chosen room of delivery.

Protect any flooring or furniture in the delivery route to avoid damage.
If There’s a Problem
If there are any issues during delivery, let the drivers know immediately, or contact us within 24 hours so we can help.
What’s Not Included

Unpacking or packaging disposal: Please dispose of packaging carefully. Returns must be sent back in their original packaging, so check your items thoroughly before throwing anything away.

Assembly services: We do not offer assembly. If you choose to use a third-party assembly service, this is entirely at your own risk, and we cannot cover any associated costs should anything go wrong.
9. I Live in a Flat / Apartment – Can You Deliver?
Yes, we can deliver to flats and apartments. However, please note that our couriers are only authorised to bring items to the main entrance of the building. They are unable to carry items upstairs, use lifts, or deliver directly to your flat. We’re very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
If your order is heavy or difficult to move, we recommend arranging for someone to be available to help you transport the items to your flat.
In some cases, we may be able to offer a Two-Man Delivery service for an additional charge. If you require this, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to check availability and options for you.
10. What happens if my delivery is delayed or cancelled?
In the unlikely event that your delivery is delayed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you directly and arrange a new delivery date as soon as possible.
11. DO YOU DELIVER TO NORTHERN IRELAND?
Yes we do deliver to Northern Ireland. Delivery will take longer than usual and surcharges do apply. Please email our Customer services team on enquiries@furnt.co.uk , who will be happy to assist you.
12.Click & Collect from Our Warehouse
12.1 Click & Collect Information
Place your order online through our main website and select Click & Collect at checkout.
Once your order has been submitted, we’ll contact you to confirm your collection date, the collection location, and your allocated time slot.

For security, you’ll be asked to confirm your order number and provide photographic ID matching the billing address used on your order.
12.2 Click & Collect is available Monday to Friday, 10am – 4pm.
During collection, please inspect all items on site and ensure you are satisfied with their condition.
We do not accept returns or refunds after items have been inspected and collected.
If you choose not to keep the original packaging, this is entirely your decision; however, we cannot accept any returns without the original packaging.
